In order to play a video, you need to have Adobe Flash plugin installed in your browser. For most systems, you can download Adobe Flash for free if you do not have it.
It is sometimes company policy to restrict media. In this case, you will need to request access from your Network System Administration team.
Which password do I use to log in?: Use the password that you submitted during registration.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?: Please use the "Forgotten Password" link within the Login section of the site.
How do I change my password?: You can change your password by clicking on My Profile tab on top of the Discovery website after logged in.
How do I change my personal details?: You can change your password by clicking on My Profile tab on top of the Discovery website after logged in.
How do I change my online video playlist?: To change your playlist, you can amend your interests in the My Interests tab.
How do I set up my alerts: You can set up alerts by logging in and selecting the "Remind me" button on the preferred shows in your playlist. This will be added to your Program reminders list viewable in the Program tab. You can amend your "Remind me" preferences in the Program tab.
How do I subscribe to Monthly newsletters, Competition Alerts, Offers & Promotions and SMS alerts?: You can subscribe to any of the above by logging into Never Miss Discovery and clicking on the Subscriptions section of the My Details tab. Here you can select your subscription options.
How do I unsubscribe from Never Miss Discovery?: You can unsubscribe by logging into Never Miss Discovery and clicking on the Subscriptions section of the My Details tab. Here you can unselect your subscription options.
I had been accessing videos on the site but then after a period of yuinactivity within the site, I could no longer access them, why?: If your log in is inactive for 20 minutes or more, you will automatically be logged out of the site. To access again, you simply need to log back in.
